I haven't worn them out yet but they seem okay comfort wise. I don't usually like Western style boots but these aren't actually THAT Western.. its something that I can deal with. This pair of boots fits true to size, I am a size 7 and got a 7 and they fit perfectly. The soles are very thin, there's no insoles or any lining/padding inside (and they feel pretty rough inside). After walking for more than 15 minutes it becomes a painful experience - forget ever dancing in them. I tried using some cushioned insoles, but the boots become very tight accross the arches if I use any fillers. I'm about to take them to the shoemaker and have a layer of something added to the outer soles, but really, for this price, they shouldn't need any such adjustments. They're true to size. The leather (suede) is very good quality and has a distressed look toward the heel. I'd highly recommend especially at 27$. |
