I had tried them on at a local shop, but they were too big and the store didn't have any other sizes / ways to order. So of course, Amazon to the rescue. After having tried on my 'normal' size and consulting some reviews online, I figured that these boots run about a 1/2 size larger, and after finally having them arrive and trying them on I can say that's accurate and I would advise you to do the same. There's still a bit of space vertically in the boot, but it's not uncomfortable. In fact, if you're the kind of person to use insoles, this is perfect because the boots will fit with or without padding.
